How Exiset Solutions handles your enquiries and personal information.
Data controller
Exiset Solutions SARL, 10 route de Dalou, 09000 Saint-Jean-de-Verges, France. Contact: mathieu@exiset.com.
Information collected and purposes
Our contact form collects your name, email address, company (if supplied), subject and message. We use these details to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and follow up on our correspondence. Fields marked with an asterisk are required. You can also contact us directly by email.
Quotation enquiries are processed in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Other professional communications and our anti-spam measures rely on the legitimate interests of Exiset Solutions in handling enquiries and protecting its website.
Recipients and retention
Your information is accessible to authorised Exiset Solutions commercial and administrative staff, and to our hosting and email providers where necessary to provide their services. We do not sell your personal information.
Correspondence is retained for the duration of your enquiry and its follow-up. If a commercial relationship is established, the information needed to fulfil it is kept during that relationship. Records subject to legal retention duties or required to protect legal rights may then be archived for the applicable period. Unsuccessful enquiries are not kept longer than necessary.
Contact form protection
Technical honeypot fields and temporary, hashed IP-based counters help detect and limit automated submissions. The counters expire after ten minutes. Cloudflare Turnstile is also used to check whether submissions are legitimate; it may process technical connection information for security purposes.
Your rights
Depending on the legal basis and your circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, or exercise rights of objection and portability. Contact mathieu@exiset.com or write to our registered office. Appropriate identity verification may be requested where needed. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Cookies and third-party content
Our website does not include advertising, external analytics or an embedded LinkedIn reader. News headlines are retrieved by our server; opening an article takes you to the publisher's website, which applies its own privacy policy. Technical cookies may be used for site operation, security, administration and preview features. Cloudflare Turnstile provides a third-party security verification.
